Cyber attack?

Just noticed and I’m sure I’m not the only one, that MN was down for quite a bit, Twitter too (still is?) Wondering what sort of stuff was going on here, just curious really as a layman as to the tech shenanigans that have happened.

No cyber attack. Just a slow database query that caused us some trouble. Things are back up and running again now and we're continuing to monitor.

Ah ok Matt, thanks for the reply. Feel free to zap the thread as it’s probably not relevant now. Was just curious as you weren’t the only site to go down.

I had a bad gateway message a couple of times but assumed it was my slow internet!! It seems fine again now

‘Active’ not fully loading, big gap at the bottom of the page.

Edited to update loading to the bottom now, but big gaps on the page.

I had a bad gateway then 'checking you're legit' message (forget the wording) all appears fine now.

PS Matt I hope you get paid extra for unsociable hours. Gone half past ten on a stickily warm Sunday evening, fair play to you.

I always wonder if some of the team live in different time zones😂 they can be very quick to get back to you at like 11:30 on a Tuesday haha
