If you have any cookie blockers or Adblockers could you try removing those first, as they will stop the cookie working that understands whether or not to show the consent message.

Also sometimes browser level controls can have issues, on Safari sometimes it has a banner that says 'Reduce protections' at the top of the screen, so you could try turning that off. Alternatively, you could navigate to privacy settings (at bottom of the page) and select 'Accept-all' to see if the problem persists.

If none of that works, do get in touch again and we'll take another look.
