Posts about weight loss jabs seem to be advertising?

I'll admit I'm not very certain, but I have been browsing some of the weight loss injection threads out of professional curiosity, and several seem to be saying how great a particular supplier are.

Is it me or is it thinly disguised advertising?

I use Mounjaro and often look for support on the threads. But it’s pointless because you have to scroll past the discount posts to get anywhere.

People look for discount codes because the injections are very expensive.

They are expensive, but having a separate thread or area for discount codes would be useful. I just want to read advice/experience without endless discount codes.

The thing is the discount codes are not in line with pharmacy practice.
