Other parenting sites

Hi, does anyone visit any of the other parenting sites out there? I didn't realise other sites existed, such as 'raisingkids', and just wondered if other people visited these sites, or stuck with mumsnet?

I once ventured onto Netmums.
in my defence it was when i first joined Mn and i think i just mispelt it in the search engine.

Ooh it was frightening. it was all pink and fluffy and people had countdowns on the bottom of their posts detailing their next bowel movement.

some even charge for the experiance.....

and there was me thinking this was a place for open and honest healthy conversations!

I also use Mumsnet for chating. I look at Newmums local pages if I need to find info - found a person to run DD's aprty tomorroe from it for example.

Ages ago I used to use abyworld but it got wierd. And I loked at Raising Kids ages ago too but also not for me.
