It's all from search history, cookies and previous websites. Ads are delivered by a 3rd party, in this case Google. Nothing to do with mumsnet.

If you routinely reject advertising cookies, you'll get non-targeted ads at random I think.

As above, this is an ad choices advert delivered by google (rather than something we're partnering with in-house).
