MNHQ have repeatedly said that @MNHQ goes nowhere. It isn't a thing. If you really need their attention then report your own post or email them. Or you could wait here until someone sees your post but emailing would be quicker.

Either report the post you are concerned about or use the "contact us" link in the small print right at the bottom of the screen on the website.

Or you can hit the report button above any post (preferably a relevant one but it doesn't really matter too much) and send us a note that way.

Why doesn't @MNHQ work?! It's an obvious way for posters to contact you.
