Photobox code not working

Tried to use the Photobox discount code today, but it said it had expired.

You know this has happened to me a couple of times. Leave the stuff in your basket, email photobox and they manually add the discount for you. I don't think it's a MN problem so much as a photobox problem

I had this problem yesterday -I emailed them and they emailed me back to say they credited my account (before I'd even placed my order) with 50 free prints.

I ordered them yesterday afternoon and they arrived today !! 50 free ones as promised. I was amazed at the speed. Excellent quality too.

Were you already members of Photobox? I am and tried code a few days ago but assumed it didn't work as I was already a member.

I wasn't already a member in that I'd never ordered from them before. I registered, uploaded photos and did all that before trying the code though.

ah okay, will try the emailing route next time

I'm already a member too, so I wasn't expecting the 50 free prints, but I was hoping for the 10% off. Oh well, too late now. Will contact them direct next time (although I think the discount codes on the MN page ought to work!).
