Vitamins post still hidden / under review

Hi I had a post hidden automatically almost a week ago now on a pregnancy thread. I'm wondering how long it usually takes for posts to be reviewed? Only it makes me look very dodgy having it hidden all this time! It was about prenatal vitamins...
