Awful post on 'What Gives you the Ick' in Style and Beauty, a post about obese people deleted but a post about amputees left. I'd like to say I was surprised but I'm not really. Come on MN you can do better than this 🙄

Hi there @MrsPelligrinoPetrichor. Did you report the post? If not, it may just be that we haven't seen it. We'll go and have a look for it now but if you have time to hit the report button on it in the meantime, that would be great and we'll take a look from that link.

Amputees are allowed to be fashionable too, what's the problem?

I did report it and it was eventually taken down, but was way after others. Thank you.

Perhaps if you read the thread you'd see that wasn't the issue but a hugely offensive post.

Ah ok. Thanks for letting us know. We've just had a look and couldn't spot anything deletable there. It does sometimes take us longer to get to some posts than others. We prioritise the reports as they come in so if it was a particularly busy time or we had a nasty troll rampaging, other reports may have temporarily taken a backseat while we dealt with that.

Because it was up for ages before it was taken down ,long after other deletions on the same thread.
