Could we clarify the purpose of the Conception board?

As it seems to be primarily used for people trying to conceive and/or with fertility problems, so people who post on there concerned about a possible unplanned PG seem to go down like a lead balloon...

Do you really need to ask that Totalchaos?

Perhaps we could have a 'Trying to concieve' board and then an 'un planned pregnancy' board?

Understandably some people on the conception board will get upset when somebody has had an accidental pregnancy and aren't sure about it when they themselves have been trying for a baby for 2 years ect.

But the person who suspects they may be accidently pregnant does need somewhere to post!

Just a thought.

why don't you post in pregnancy?

(genuine suggestion, not intended at all to be snippy)

Bella/Disenchanted - exactly the lines of discussion I was hoping to bring out!

Spook - I don't see why it's such a stupid question. In the 4 years that I've been on MN, the Conception board has envolved - at the start there seemed to be discrete threads about TTC, whereas now TTC threads are dominant.
