To MNHQ - THANKS for having a simple, easy to read format with no logos, tickers etc

I've just been back onto a TA chat forum that I haven't been on for months to post on a 'Name the Duck' competition thread.
You are asked to read through all the other posts to make sure your chosen duck name hasn't been entered by anyone else.

I started browsing and realised I couldn't distinguish the text in each post (let alone check duplicate duck names) because of all the other faff - huge cartoons, tickers, some banal comment line, poster's name, how long a member, location, witty comment, photo of pet etc etc.

It was only by studying each post carefully I could make out 'Daffy', 'Honey' etc.

When I came to post my own entry I was presented with a choice of font size, colour, bold, italic and 150 emoticons. FAR TOO COMPLICATED!!!

Even though I'm sure it must have been said before I just wanted to say how much I appreciate a straightforward talk forum with no frills, no colour and no moving pictures.

PLEASE DON'T EVER CHANGE!!!!

Oh I know how you feel, went to have a look and came sprinting back, very confusing website althogether

I agree.

(But you could have done Ctrl F and done a search on the page for your duck name to see if someone had already posted it and not trawled through any text at all )
