I keep getting this notice every time I visit Mumsnet, started this morning.

Ditto. Not on any other websites, just Mumsnet. AVG antivirus. Google Chrome browser.

FWIW I have a reliable AV and it hasn't flagged anything. Some sort of AVG false positive perhaps? I'd forward the message to AVG if I were you.
