Mobile app keeps crashing

Ever since those adverts have come up on the app, it's been crashing and closing at random.

I'm on iOS and my phone has the latest updates.

For me it crashes every time I open it. Then it works fine. It just can cope with you returning to the app unless it restarts

Hi @BeckyAMumsnet it's every time I load it up or go back to it after going on a different app.

I'm using the app on android and it literally closes as soon as it opens. It doesn't load at all click on it and it flashes up and then off it goes
