The ad for "adjustable beds" in the sidebar

When you click through it is just a page of poorly written prose about the benefits of adjustable beds rather than an actual retail site. Is it just there for the purpose of placing cookies?

Please can you let us know where you're seeing this ad - is it on multiple threads? And is it an AdChoices one? If there's a blue triangle in the top right of the ad, that means it's not one that we've chosen for the site. If you click on the triangle, it'll allow you to edit your ad choices and stop seeing the advert.

If you can also let us know which device and version of the site you're using (mobile, desktop or app) we'll happily take a closer look.

Yes, it's on multiple threads and is adChoices. I'm using the desktop version on Chrome.

Thanks for confirming that it's an adChoices ad. In which case this isn't one that we've placed on the site. You should be able to opt out of seeing the ad by clicking on the triangle and stating why you'd rather not see it again (though from experience you may need to do this more than once for them to get the message...)
