try googling mumsnet

when I do it , it doesn't come up any more.
just mentions
but not the homepage
can't go straight to it either on the addressthingy

I get mumsnet first, the scotsman and then the register.

Wonder if it makes a difference if you enter capital letters or not?

charmkin, LL's list has MN straight away, it's the same as the results I got.
Have you done something to your internet settings so MN is excluded?

yes, I can see why you would look at the 2nd link 1st, the 1st one seems to be the general rubbish at the top . Are you sure you're not doing that?

I did once, and had to run away screaming as it came up with load's of links ot threads I have done.....

afaik there aren't any settings you can change to stop specific pages coming up
Although..are you searching UK only, could it be something to do with that?

I googled me as Buda and there is loads and loads about Budapest.

Googled my old name "Budababe" and there are a few of them - one of whom I know! Well I know her Mum!
