Taken my subscription but no premium??

Now Mumsnet has taken my subscription and I still don't have Mumsnet premium?

I had to fully log out on all platforms (app, website, mobile site) and then log in again, give that a try?

(Like not just close tabs and apps but go and find the log out option on each one)
