Could we have an 'eating out' recommendations section?

I did look at posting my plea fro suggestions in MN Local...but it is a bit tumbleweedy in there, and anyway, people who don't live in a place often have good ideas, nevertheless. And there are LOADS of requests for advice about meals out.
