Can't view thread's I'm on

Hello, I just downloaded the app and logged on. However I keep getting this message when I go to "I'm on"
"You need to be logged on to view threads I'm on"

Any advice how to get this to stop so I can view threads I'm on? I have logged out, logged back in and uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no joy 🙄
