Can't access inbox private message

I've been sent a notification I have a private message but I can't access it on either app or website. Any help?

Hi there @MightyGoldBear. You should be able to access notifications on the main site by clicking on the blue 'person' at the top right of your screen, just above the blue bar. Can you see that on your screen?

I can see it but it immediately goes to a drop down screen so I can't press it.

I'm using the app/android or I've tried safari but nothing let's me get to my inbox.
