What happened to the carpool continuation thread?

The OP posted a link to a new thread right at the end of her original thread, when you click the link you get something saying it's been withdrawn to avoid any further confusion. Confusion with what? I can't see any other continuation thread.

Instead of the opening post in the new thread making it clear that it was a continuation and that things had moved on since her original post, the OP merely copied and pasted her entire, original OP from the first thread as if it was new.
Definitely caused confusion.

It wasn't a continuation, there was no update or reference to the previous advice given. It was just starting the exact same thread again so that (a different) 1000 people could say "just say no".

@Ilovebees can you just start a completely new thread to continue? Have @mumsnet told her what's happened?

Hey I’m am back 🥹 and so sorry for the confusion ! I don’t use mumsnet often like this for posting so made a mistake copying and pasting my old thread which I now realise was so stupid because it confused people so I asked mumsnet to take it down as people were saying I am totally lying about the carpooling . But I am happy to stay here and update you guys on here ?

@Ilovebees not sure you can as this comes under site stuff. I doubt anyone except me would see it 😂.
Start new thread in AIBU and just title it as before part 2. Someone will add link if others want original one for backstory.
