Hidden threads appearing as unhidden again

This seems to be happening frequently lately, threads I’ve definitely hidden popping back up in notifications, then when I go back on it’s not hidden.

Hi OP

Please can you let us know what device and browser you're using to access the site, and give us some example threads? We'll look into this.

Charlotte Tilbury- is it worth it? I’ve had a notification from that even though I hid it. I’m on an iPad, don’t know about browsers.

And a notification for Piles. I’ve either hidden or removed these threads.

Hi again @DustyLee123. Just checking - are you using the app, perhaps? If not, the browser should be whatever icon you're clicking on to access the internet. It might well be Chrome or Safari? Let us know anyway.

Next time you see a thread pop up that you think you had hidden, could you click on it and then send us a URL? It's a bit tricky to track them down without that. If you're also able to take a screenshot of your hidden threads list and send that over, that might help us get to the bottom of this, too.

I don’t know if it’s chrome or safari.
I’ve hidden/removed all threads except this now.

I’ve no idea what a URL is, and where would I find my hidden threads list?

Hi OP

It's tricky for us to look into things when we're not completely sure of how you're accessing the site. Please can you email [email protected] with a screenshot of how the site appears for you? We can check what browser you're using and take a closer look at what's going on.
