Minimising the webpage now takes me to an ad

If I minimize the page now, for example:
I typed a huge reply to a thread I was on and quickly minimized the page to grab a link to support my statement, go back to the mumsnet page and I’ve been redirected to a sales ad about boots!

This is happening a lot now it’s really annoying as I keep losing my replies and places on threads. This never used to be an issue until recently.

Im on an iPhone 13 using chrome.
