Is there any such MN user as "MNHQ"?

For years people have been tagging in @mnhq when they want MN staff to read a thread/post.

Any replies always come from individuals such as "BeckyMumsnet".

The forum guidelines say that if you want to contact MN you can post on Site Stuff or email [email protected]

Yet everyone still tags MNHQ. Is there any such user and if so do they read threads they are tagged in? If not, would you consider creating one?

Hope all MNHQ are having a lovely, non-ruined, Christmas with loving family, fantastic presents and no weird things on their Christmas dinners...

Ooh weird, what happened there? I assumed either one of MN staff had bagged the username, or it would be unavailable (or someone had bagged it ages ago and never used it)

Hi @Scrantonicity2 - sorry to disappoint you but (even if you really believe in MNHQ!) there is no official @MNHQ mailbox.

Posting here in Site Stuff will get our attention, as will sending us an email at [email protected] or just hitting the Report button on any post or thread you're concerned about.

We'll certainly consider it, though

And thanks for your Christmas wishes for us... there was nothing weird in my Christmas dinner, at least, so can't complain too much.

A troll is what happened there. Unfortunately there are a lot of them about at this time of year.

Thanks! I'm not disappointed, I just see "@mnhq" in every third thread so now I can feel correct in pointing out it does nothing!
