Responses to reports?

There are a few personal attacks against an OP I've reported (using ablist language into the bargain - one calls an OP an "utter moron", for example) which have been left standing for a few days at this point.

Is MN responding to all reports still? I raised this on another thread, which I think was started by a PBP so it got deleted! It seems like over the last few months responses to reports have been a bit sporadic. Don't know if it's just me?

I always get an email notification unless it's just a spam report.

If there are more than one about the same thread we won't reply every time (although of course we do check out each report and take any appropriate action).
