No, sorry @OvO . It's not possible at the moment we're afraid. We will bring it up though in case there's a chance to change it at some point - there must be lots of users who would like accents in their usernames. I might go all fancy and become HệbẽMumsnet.

You'd need to do the uniqueness check on the basic letter not allow accented doppelgängers (except if they belonged to the same user)

While we're at it can you add some more options background colours to the app settings please. Bored with the current offering
