Inappropriate ad placement

Hi,
Can something possibly be done about the placement of ad posts please? I had one pop up on the neonatal death/stillbirth topic on “how did you feed your baby?” and there are other examples too!!

I only use MN on my mobile and never see any ads at all - just scroll on past a lot of empty spaces (which is fine) 🤷‍♀️
