Hi there @Firefly2009 . There should have been a deletion message that said why it was deleted. Sounds like it might have been a troll? If you can tell us the thread title though we can probably check back and find out for you?

It was the one called "AIBU to get annoyed DH gets into bed naked after doing a number 2 without washing" or something similar. You've taken it down to look behind the scenes. There was nothing about it that seemed troll-ish so why did you get rid of it?

'A look behind the scenes' usually means that we're taking it down because we have suspicions about a poster.

It may not seem like a troll and it may not even be a troll at all! However, you can expect that if we have reason, we will most definitely remove threads whilst we take a look.

Just seemed like a fun thread.

How can you tell and what makes you suspicious in the first place??

The fact that someone wants to know what alerted them immediately makes me suspect that person was the troll,who is obviously some sick,sad deviant.
I actually wish certain topics were banned as it attracts the scum.

I’m fairly sure that was the MN ‘poo troll’. They regularly start threads around that theme.

I’m not the OP and neither was I trolling the thread; just found it funny. Yeh, they’re not going to tell us what the problem was I guess, I’m just curious because I didn’t notice anything..,,except for “beeday” of course 😂

I didn't see any scum or deviants commenting on a light-hearted thread about washing your bum after having a poo.

If they told us that, the dedicated trolls would craft their threads accordingly. IMO

Thank you; exactly! It was so funny. Why tf does MN keep deleting stuff like this. But we get 20 pages of poor wives complaining about their useless husbands. I want more poo.

Threads about poo are infantile and nasty. That’s why they get deleted.

im not saying they’re not worthwhile, but a bit of lighthearted content which makes people laugh evens it out a bit. I’m trying to get across that one is not more important than the other, especially when there are SO MANY of similar posts where women are putting up with ridiculous situations. I know, because I comment on them, because I do care.

I suppose I use infantile poo humour to counteract my bowel disease.
Although I've always found a random fart quite funny.
