Using mobile site but when going to threads it takes you to the app?

I like using the mobile site even if on my phone rather than the app as it seems to look better and bookmarks pages for me.

For some reason every time I go onto the Christmas boards it takes me to the app but not the other boards I browse. Anyone had the same?

The Christmas Boards have the new layout, with the first couple of lines of the OP showing, perhaps this is what you are seeing?

Yes definitely seeing that! Then when I click on a thread it takes me to the thread on the app and it us around the start not at the post I bookmarked.

No doubt they will want to know what device you are using and what browser you have.

I had the same recently and there is a setting on your phone you need to change. I'm on an android so may be different on an iPhone...

Go to settings, apps and then default apps and then there was a button for opening links....scroll down to the talk app and in that you can switch it off. I had to google it so try that if no joy
