Unable to add picture to post

I sometimes try to add a picture but the list of files fails to get to the one I want: the most recent one shown isn't the actual most recent one. Is this a MN problem? I'm using a Chromebook.

We're not yet aware of this being a wider issue - can we check if your browser is up to date? Also, site changes can play a role in this. A browser can cache an outdated feature, causing it to not work properly. Please could you try clearing your Mumsnet cache?
