Can you ask for your thread to be deleted if you don't like the way it's going? There was an anti-vaxxer on recently and she was being challenged by a lot of people offering proper factual information to contest her assertions. And it's gone. Is that OK? I don't think it's OK.

Hello @CurlewKate anyone can ask for their thread to be deleted of course -but we wouldn't necessarily remove it just because the OP didn't like the responses. More often than not we don't.

We may be swayed to do so if it's clear things are not going well. In this case, we were considering removing the thread anyway because we didn't think was bringing much to the site with inaccurate claims about vaccines.
