Why is Special needs in wrong place alphabetically?

Just that really.

When I expand Talk things come up in groups alphabetically, starting with Becoming a parent, Being a Parent etc.

But for some reason Special Needs is between Other Stuff and Pets rather than being between Product tests and Travel.

last i heard the alphabet goes ..OPQRST..
