Odd threads, similar syntax/writing style

There are a few threads on here tonight with odd syntax/writing style - all related to emotive subjects and written by posters with a short name/number/ cutesie name.

Advance search doesn't show anything but search function is rubbish anyway so that doesn't mean anything.

They just seem a bit like sadly similar in their writing style. Maybe AI?

Examples are by AlwaysA, GaNine, Cyeo123, SikaPo.

The way they are written seems very similar. Could be me, but wondered if they're actually genuine posts.

I think someone is enjoying playing with chatgp (or whatever the IA system is called) agree with style and turn of phrase etc.

That's what I thought. It's got a particular tone.

I think i am getting PMs with a similar style. The name is not showing up on search and when I reply, its like they are not quite reading/understanding what i write, despite the English being good. I am playing along for the moment as I am at work and bored, but its definitely a bit odd.

There's a few about tonight for certain. AI probably.

Oh, interesting. I have a PM that’s just an emoji and the username doesn’t show up on search - I came here to Site Stuff to see if anyone had had similar. I haven’t replied so can’t assess their style.

Mine was just "Hello 👋" curiosity got the better of me so we had a bit of back and forth but altho it was nothing untoward, they kept asking me what I wanted to talk about. Nothing found on searching the username.

I just saw a post from a user called ACGTHelix that looked very much like an AI search result.
