French adverts?

Hi there I have had the same French advert pop up 8 times in one post.

I don’t speak French but have just been watching the Ghosts episode where Robin speaks French! Is my phone listening to me or has Mumsnet lost “le plot”

I definitely think your phone is listening to you! I once spoke to my DH about New York .. and up popped adverts for flights !

This is a google ad which is pretty standard - you can hit the little blue triangle to hide it or if you click on the ad and grab the URL, we can check it's above board.

I now have some more in different languages. I never have things like this usually
