Mumsnet is too busy..... could there be a secret inner circle?

I thought this was true, when I ventured back a month or so ago after a couple of years absence. I miss the cliquey ness. I really do. I miss recognising people. I miss having time to read a whole thread if it was funny or someone recommended it.

Could there be a secret room for the really funny posters? i am definately sure I would definately be on it. probably. I would liek to be anyway.

I read in the paper that traffic here was 10 fold what it was 5 yrs ago.. I can well believe threads get so long so quickly.

But if you put all the funny, clever posters together in one inner circle there'll be no lesser mortal MNers to suck up to them and tell them how funny and clever they and they just won't cope.
