How to search for your own posts?

Is it possible to search for your own posts on a thread?
The reason I ask is a thread that I have been reading and following, but have not actually posted on, has appeared in my Threads I'm On list.
I am intrigued that I might have posted accidentally 🤔
Can anyone advise?

You could do ctrl+f and put your own name into the search box? On a computer.

Advanced search, it will bring up everything you’ve posted on.
