Why has my Zombie thread been hidden?

It was just a thread about the problem of Zombie threads as recently had lots of very old threads that i am on being bumped !

From other threads it seems there was a troll attack in the night so lots of threads have been hidden while they deal with it

Hi @bruffin . Where was your thread and what was it called? We can have a look and see if we can find it. But yes, there were lots of resurrections of zombie threads last night so it might have been swept up with those.

It was on sitestuff and called Zombie Threads

I'm afraid that was us Nightwatchers dealing with the overnight troll @bruffin.
It was bumping so many threads that it was filling Active so we were hiding them until MNHQ could sort things. Sorry

@EineKleineNachtwatcher thanks for all you did last night! It was sure a crazy one!
I hope @MNHQ decide to give you some more tools to assist you in dealing with trolls who cause the level of disruption they were trying to last night.

Hi again @bruffin . We've just had a look. It looks like it's visible again but we have closed it to new posts now. It was from September last year so we just didn't want people getting confused with the zombie resurrections from today and posting on the old thread.

I think that is the wrong thread , this was only around a couple of weeks old (mid august) and it is still hidden.
It doesnt really matter , i was just wondering why it had been hidden as i didnt think it was very controversial.
