Threads showing as ‘read’ in active…

Posts I’ve never opened are turning purple (like when you open them) and ones I’ve actually clicked on are staying blue… is this happening for anyone else?

Have you hidden any threads in Active Convos? On my iPad, if I hide a thread, all the ones beneath it move up, but the purple colour stays where it is, so the next thread down turns purple. I reported it to MNHQ some time ago - they said they couldn’t replicate it but they’d investigate, but it’s still doing it.

Oh perhaps that’s what it is. I’ve been hiding every thread with Lucy letby in the title on my active feed. I can’t bear to even see her name.
I haven’t opened any of the posts I’ve hidden though?

Yes, I reported this almost exactly a year ago. It's hiding threads that does it.

I have the same thing - am on laptop. Was just hiding threads and then loads I would not have read showed as read. Irritating.
