"Inappropriate edit"?

I was reporting spam earlier and saw "Inappropriate edit" in the list of reasons to choose from for reporting...soooo...does this mean what I think it means?? Are we getting an edit button?!

Can't you already edit if you pay for the premium version? I'm sure I remember that being a selling point when it launched. I've never subscribed though so don't really know!
