Tech - I can post on my laptop but I can't sign in on it

Whether I'm logged in on the main PC or not, I can't log in via my laptop.

I did manage to post from it though, the night of the earthquake.

I've been having problems too - could login on My Mumsnet but not to see threads I'm On.
It's OK now, it just suddenly came up.....

I thought the problem might have been that I was at a conference centre using their WAP, but I'm back at work now & again can't log in to talk, only to my profile.
Last time it came up after I'd made a post & entered the username & password manually, so I'll see if that works again...

I've tried that too, RustyBear but it just doesn't recognise me.

have you got cookies blocked on your laptop? that would stop you logging in.

I can see threads I'm on in the window I was on at first (wheer I put my username/password in manually), but I just clicked on a link which opened another window, and I'm not logged on in that window, but still am on the first one...

Success! Finally logged in on my laptop.
It was the cookies thing bk, thanks.
