Site will not load.

I tried to download the mumsnet app (it didn't download properly) and now I cannot access mumsnet as it won't load. I have to go through my emails to access the site.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @peppermintcrisp - sorry to hear this. Can you give us a few more details please so we can take a look into this for you? Is it the android app or the iOS one that you were trying to download? And what happened when you tried to download it? If you can also let us know the model of the phone/tablet you're using, we'll try to work out what's going wrong.

Hello. It is on a Samsung 22 phone. I tried to download the app and then had the problems. It is a little better now but won't let me access through active threads. I can't access mumsnet properly either through the app now or even if I type mumsnet, into the browser. It appears to be a hybrid, of the app and mobile site. If I go through a link, from my email, it is fine and how it always was before I tried to download the app. It did say there was a bug as an error code a few times I tried to access it.
