Yeah, did it just appear tonight, because I don't remember seeing it before (or maybe it's been there for ages and never saw it?) Wouldn't surprise me as I am incredibly thick these days.

i logged off accidentally then when i logged in again it said 'remember me for 30 days - yes or no'

i just got excited when i saw it

am i sad?

I haven't noticed it before but have been offline for a few days. Had to hold myself back from PC as nothing was getting done around here!!

tech has said on another thread under site stuff that this isn't working quite right yet and will get fixed overnight

It's not letting me log in either. I used to be logged in automatically if I posted but it doesn't do this now.

yes, it's having a bit of a mare.... Just say yes to remember me for now and it should be alright. You can clear that by clicking "log out" anyway. Log out forces it to "forget".

the autologin on post should be ok now coppertop.

This stupid thing is not letting me log in. Four attempts now. WHAT'S GOING ON? Sorry to shout but a bit frustrated. Only logged off to sort the kids to bed and eat a bit of supper, now the blooming site won't let me back in. I have asked the stinky thing to remember me. Well I'll remember it! I'm starting to feel relieved that I didn't change my name to a Christmassy one. I'm starting to get RSI from typing my name and password for every post.

You still having to do that coppertop? Does your machine allow cookies? That bit hasn't changed. Once you've done a post the nickname and password should just sit in the little boxes. The problem with log in with "no" in the drop-down should be fixed now, so you might want to try that again.

I am now, strangely, logged in. I had given up trying to log in. Maybe that was the trick. Hmmmmmmmmm.................
