Unwatching threads

I scroll through threads on a daily basis, but although I stop and read some I am not necessarily interested enough to continue, so why do I get update notifications in my email inbox .I don't want them. To delete them I have to go all through the message to get to unwatch - such a palaver.

Hi OP

Could you possibly forward us an email example?

LilyMumsnet · 27/07/2023 11:58

Hi again OP,

It looks like you have "Automatically Watch Threads I Post On" enabled, and have email notifications on for every time someone posts on a thread in your watch list.

You can customise your notifications here: https://www.mumsnet.com/settings/notifications?view=email

I've set mine for only when I'm quoted.
