Topic I don’t follow popping up in notifications

This isn’t a whinge, it’s just an FYI. And maybe it’s supposed to go happen, but when I check my notifications, I’m being notified that a new thread has been created in Women’s Health. I don’t follow that topic and haven’t accidentally followed it.
