Breast enlargement ads?

Is this really a legitimate ad?
I'm using a Samsung on the mobile site.

The adverts are getting worse than the ones on my local newspaper site. Really brings the site down. seriously MN have some fucking lines.

Hi @Smidge001 - thanks very much for alerting us to this advert. It's not a legit one at all but unfortunately even though this ad category is blocked globally, the algorithms that pick up the categorisation for these ads sometimes don't work fully.

Can you please let us know which thread you were reading when you saw this ad? And if you see it again it would help enormously if you could grab the click-through URL. To do this, turn off data and wifi and click on the ad - this will load the URL without actually taking you to that webpage. We can then block it directly.
