Additional Forum in 'Becoming a Parent'

Hi MN Team,

Is it possible to add a new topic under the 'Becoming a Parent' section for general questions/ones that don't fit the current options?

Like in Being a Parent there is a more generic 'Parenting' option but nothing similar in Becoming a Parent

I’m curious about what kind of questions you would think would fit here?

So, for people still trying to choose their route to parenthood? Comparing adoption to surrogacy? That kind of thing?

And things like planning for arrival. Decisions, timings of when and how to do things, finances etc.

Support for those on their way to becoming a parent but not related specifically to the pregnancy

Where people can discuss options and get advice related to the non physical side of pregnancy, childbirth and becoming a parent.

Hi there @JustAnother30Something . Thanks for the suggestion. As always, we're prepared to consider anything if there's enough call for it so we'll keep a watch on this thread and see what people think. We'd also love to hear more about how people think they might use such an area, so please do all add your ideas.
