Inserted GIFs appear at top of reply message?

So if you reply with a GIF from the MN menu. It appears before the quoted message and any reply text appears after the quote?

As I search for a GIF that represents a misplaced GIF, OP could you let us know the device you are posting from and whether you are accessing the site on the web or app? If you are able to link to a post too where this has happened, that would be great. Thank you :-)
