The page reloads are making the site unusable

PLEASE sort this out MN.

Using MN on the mobile site is like trying to read stuff in those really crappy local newspapers sites, where you give up after the opening para.

It isn’t just the reloads eating posts , the huge long- scrolling pages of blank grey mean you can’t get back into a thread when you are half way through.

Are you even trying to sort this out?

Can you let us know the device and browser you are using and if you are viewing from the website or app. We can take things from there.

I was on the other thread about this some weeks ago. It's definitely getting worse. It's like having to have the fastest finger on the buzzer to get your post posted before a reload deletes it all.

Safari on iPhone. Any thread longer than about 300 posts does it for me- I don’t even bother opening them as I know they won’t load.

Same here. Safari iPhone. It was extra annoying when I was half way through typing a post when the sodding thing reloaded and lost my post.

Me too - safari on iPhone. The reloads are a newish nightmare but the grey pages of no text have been happening for months.

Yes, it would be nice to get through a whole thread occasionally. Of course the thread you were reading disappears off the list, so it's hard to go back to it.

@ImaniMumsnet any update? It’s still happening. I started a post with no response on an issue with not getting notifications and missing posts which appear later. There’s a lot of problems using the site over the last week or so.

Still happening very frequently and there have been several threads about this now. Safari/iPad here.
