I posted this a couple of years ago, found the recipes but have now lost them again! Can anyone help me?
I'm sure there used to be a section on here where people sent in recipes. Has it gone or moved or am I in dreamland? I don't mean the food/recipes in the talk topics, this was a separate thing with recipes in different categories so you search all the soups for example.

There did used to be a content section for recipes! We did lose some of it in our talk transformation. Is there a particular recipe you're looking for?

I have a tiny bottle of rum in my kitchen cupboard because of the missing recipe section.
There was something like ' quick or easy desserts' I had the ingredients ( maybe brown sugar and cream) but no rum.
By the time I got the the recipes had disappeared

How do you lose a whole recipe section?

No! I seem to remember it going awol some time ago, but it was still possible to find the content. No luck now.

Sounds like Barbados Cream @Glitterbiscuits . Mix cream, yoghurt and rum, cover with a thick layer of brown sugar, and leave until the sugar soaks in and makes a caramel-y layer.

Hi @Goodwitch9 . Can we just check, were the recipes you're talking about sent in by users, and in the form of threads? Or was it more 'Mumsnet content', where we had put together pages with recipes on? We've had both at various times...

Iirc, The one I'm talking about was content added by posters but it wasn't a normal thread, it had a separate link to it.

Hi Hebe, not in the form of threads, no. Users submitted recipes and Mumsnet put them into categories eg soup, biscuits, breakfast etc so you could browse the relevant section. I think you could rate the recipes too?

I'm looking for a specific recipe that I had saved on my Pinterest from here? It's the Marrow & Lentil bake? Would you possibly know where that ones too? Probably a long shot but here's hoping!!
