Problem with cursor jumping in to the middle of words when typing. ds

I have a problem with the cursor jumping into the middle of words when I'm typing out a message at a usual speed. The only way to make it coherent is to type very slowly and correct everything as I go along. It's time consuming and frustrating. I'm on Firefox on android on the website. I'm getting to the point where I'm just going to have to leave because it's so annoying.

Android, using the Samsung Internet engine (looks like a planet?) Mobile site old-school.

Hello @BeBraveAndBeKind thanks for posting - that does sound annoying. Can we check, please, if you are running any extensions (e.g grammarly) on the browser? Firefox (and Samsung browser users, @HinCogNeetOh) have reported issues relating to this. You can also try viewing the site via a different browser to see if the same thing is happening.

I had that, it was an issue with the native Samsung keyboard on my phone.

I've not had any issue since switching to a new keyboard (gboard from Google)
