I can't seem to turn them off,even though I've slid the slider! What am I doing wrong?

Hi there @CurlewKate . Forgive us for sounding patronising, but quick question first: have you definitely clicked the 'save settings' button at the bottom after sliding the slidy things? You do have to scroll down for it so lots of people miss it.

If you wouldn't mind just checking that first, that would be great and get back to us if no joy and we'll have a further tinker.

Hmmm... That's odd. Are you on the app? It might be worth doing this on desktop if so, where it's all a bit more visible. If you go into your settings and then notifications there, there should be a save settings button right at the bottom of all the sliders.
